Can You Put Desitin On Dogs

Hi, yesterday it was in Rheinland Pfalz down properly and in a light well managed and not the end, he ran full dnan the water pushed through the window and we had approx 50ltr water in the basement ... how can we preventing? Are these PVC covers (transparent) or what do you advise? We put one shaft again free and see why it not expired .. but as we go on no sure?
