On my account I put based on the following values from the literature:

On my bill I'm taking into account the different benefits and efficiencies of an averaged efficiency of the cogeneration plant of the above 42%. This follows from the highest values found in the literature.

The average heat consumption in Germany is 170 kW of heat per year per square meter of living space. Because the average efficiency of heating equipment is 90%, is from a maximum demand of 150 kW per year and sqm assumed. (These figures are any utilities.)

Based on 6187 square meters, according to the operator, to be heated living space of 150 kW is calculated 928.05 MW heat per year.
